Top SchoolMatt Rabe is a pragmatic engineering leader and founder with over two decades of hands-on development experience and a decade more as a hobbyist, currently running Complete Code Solutions from Kailua, Hawaii. He built an agency engineering department from scratch and now scopes, designs, and ships full-stack web and mobile systems using TypeScript/Node, React/React Native, PHP/Laravel, and AWS-driven DevOps. Known for fast learning and adaptability, he routinely tackles unfamiliar stacks, fixes brittle processes, and improves code quality through pragmatic standards and CI/CD. He’s comfortable across databases (MySQL/Postgres), infrastructure as code, and emerging AI tooling like LangChain.js and OpenAI to accelerate development. Clients value his blend of professional discipline, UX sensitivity, and willingness to be the “head nerd” who owns projects end-to-end. A less obvious strength: decades of varied roles—from shipping floor to senior lead—give him rare empathy for operational realities and product-driven tradeoffs.
