Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatt Schiller is a Senior Cloud Engineer in San Diego with over a decade of experience designing secure, cloud-native infrastructure for highly regulated environments including FedRAMP and HIPAA. He excels at building least-privilege architectures, network segregation, service mesh, CI/CD and zero-trust systems across multi-cloud and Kubernetes platforms. Matt has led migrations, Terraform automation, and FedRAMP audits for large-scale fleets and ML workloads, and currently architects AI and IoT-enabled cloud platforms at Artisight while pioneering security tech at his startup Alien Lights. He combines hands-on engineering—authoring Terraform providers and deployment tooling—with strategic security leadership that balances privacy, open source, and practical product delivery. An unconventional detail: he aims to open-source proven, battle-tested IoT security inventions only after they’ve survived the toughest real-world conditions.
