Top SchoolMatt Watier is a Senior UI/UX Designer and UX Architect with 11+ years of experience shaping cross-platform products, currently leading design for the American College of Cardiology's ACC.org ecosystem. He specializes in turning complex business requirements into scalable information architectures, design systems, and interaction patterns—having modernized legacy interfaces into a mobile-first system and built an enterprise component/token library used across multiple platforms. His background blends agency art direction, print production, and front-end engineering (HTML, CSS3, JavaScript), enabling tight handoffs, governance, and measurable UX improvements through A/B testing and behavioral analytics. Past roles include accelerating time-to-market with theming and component libraries at Razoo and consolidating UI languages at CoStar, demonstrating a consistent focus on reuse and efficiency. Based in Vienna, VA, he brings a rare mix of visual craft, production-grade front-end skill, and systems thinking that reduces duplication and cognitive load. An underappreciated strength is his decade-plus print and branding experience, which informs clear, consistent wayfinding and iconography in digital products.
