Summary
👤
SeniorMatt Weller is a pragmatic system administrator with 14 years of hands-on experience modernizing networks, managing Linux fleets, and building reliable infrastructure for healthcare and enterprise environments. He excels at fixing complex, real-world problems—overhauling redundant high-speed site-to-site networks, administering firewalls and wireless access, and automating dozens of VMs with SaltStack. Comfortable writing and extending internal applications in VB.NET and C#, he also has prior experience building Java web services with Spring and integrating them into mixed stacks. Now based in South Queensferry, Scotland, he blends operational rigor with a developer’s mindset to keep systems both resilient and adaptable. Colleagues know him as the person who enjoys making “broken” things happier, often tackling the gnarlier edge cases others avoid.
