Top SchoolMatt Whalen is a Senior Principal Enterprise-Wide Applications Analyst with over a decade of experience in aerospace IT and manufacturing systems, progressing from manufacturing engineer to technical lead on large-scale PLM and ERP integrations. At Northrop Grumman he drives SAP ECC to S/4 HANA and PEO migrations, focusing on accurate data migration and PLM-to-S/4 integration while championing model-based manufacturing and the digital thread. He combines hands-on shop-floor familiarity with deep tool expertise in Teamcenter, SAP, and MES, enabling practical, auditable solutions that bridge engineering and enterprise systems. Based in Phoenix, he brings a practitioner’s eye for producability and quality to enterprise software programs, often translating production non-conformances into lasting process and system improvements. An unexpected detail: his profile blends technical systems work with roots in frontline operations—from cashiering to shop-floor production management—giving him uncommon empathy for end users of complex engineering systems.
