Top SchoolMatteo Mandolini is a cybersecurity engineer and co-founder based in Rome with a decade of experience bridging product security, hardware and firmware penetration testing, and telco research. At ZTE Italia he focuses on hardware-focused security and firmware analysis, complementing earlier roles delivering application and infrastructure assessments, incident response, and security process integration. He co-founded Mindstorm in 2024, bringing entrepreneurial momentum to his technical practice and signaling a shift toward building security solutions rather than just consulting. Trained with a Laurea Magistrale in Cybersecurity from Sapienza and a background in software development, he blends low-level attack research with practical software engineering skills across C#, TypeScript and embedded environments. Colleagues describe him as a hands-on specialist who turns complex telecom and firmware vulnerabilities into actionable remediation and product improvements.
