Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatthew An is a Senior iOS Developer with 13 years of professional experience and a decade-plus focused on building production iOS apps in Objective-C and Swift, having delivered eight enterprise-level apps to the App Store. He specializes in modernizing legacy codebases—frequently migrating Objective-C projects to Swift—and applies solid architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM) and concurrency expertise to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability. Matthew has led and stabilized large mobile products across healthcare, aviation, and consumer music platforms, and has hands-on experience integrating CI/CD, Azure B2C passwordless auth, and React Native for cross-platform needs. Comfortable as both a team lead and an individual contributor, he collaborates closely with UX and product teams to translate user needs into reliable mobile experiences. A background spanning Nokia Research to Idexx shows a mix of research, backend familiarity (Node.js, Java) and a pragmatic focus on shipping high-quality, testable iOS software.
