Top SchoolMatthew Carano is a founder, editor-in-chief, and marketing strategist with eight years of focused experience at the intersection of tech, crypto, and media. He builds narrative and product ecosystems—from leading communications for Status and Gitcoin to scaling Web3 projects at Thrive Protocol and running MSquared’s tech marketing engagements. As founder of Brave The New World he applies a liberty-first analytical framework to current events, exploring how technology can decentralize power through sovereign AI, money, and identity. Matthew combines hands-on content production (video, podcasts, long-form courses) with ecosystem-level fundraising and launch experience, having worked with major chains and projects and helped catalyze over $100M in capital commitments. He’s as comfortable crafting brand voice and in-app copy as he is designing go-to-market strategies and producing classroom-distributed media, a background rooted in both startup scrappiness and institutional operational leadership. A less obvious strength is his pattern-focused approach to messaging—he consistently frames communications around “who benefits?” to cut through partisan noise and influence decision-making.
