👤
SeniorMatthew Casperson is a Principal Solution Engineer with 13+ years of experience helping global enterprises adopt cloud-native delivery and DevEx practices, currently driving technical sales, POCs, and tooling at Octopus Deploy. He blends hands-on engineering (Kubernetes, Terraform, C#, TypeScript, Apache Camel) with operational skills—Linux, MySQL, Ansible—and has shipped product features used by thousands of customers. Matthew is an active content creator and educator: author of a DevEx-focused book, creator of a popular Udemy course with 3,000+ students, and prolific blogger who boosted Octopus’s organic traffic through over 200 posts. He contributes to open-source projects like a Kubernetes operational dashboard and built widely downloaded tools (OctopusTerraformExport, linting tools) that demonstrate a knack for practical developer tooling.
