Top SchoolMatthew Deline is a senior development manager and seasoned game industry technologist with eight years of experience bridging programming, production, and automation across mobile, VR, console, and PC platforms. He led development and production on the Apple Arcade release Piffle+ and previously grew Mighty Build and Test from a small team into a global automation service, designing CI/CD pipelines and release support for titles like Shooty Skies Overdrive and the Nintendo Switch port of Guilty Gear Strive. Comfortable both hands-on in Unity and C# and in strategic people operations, he built the training curriculum that scaled hiring across multiple regions and personally trained every new automation hire. A former Apple Genius with an MA from Goldsmiths in game and playable experience design, he combines deep technical troubleshooting skills with an experimental creative practice in physical computing and interactive installations. Notably, he also runs Campervan Games and has a background delivering accessible collaborative tools and alternative-controller experiences that reflect his interdisciplinary approach to play and technology.
