Top SchoolMatthew Drafahl is a customer-focused professional with 10 years of experience blending small-business ownership, insurance sales, and frontline customer service in agricultural retail. He brings over eight years of hands-on accounting and bookkeeping expertise—managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and QuickBooks—for sectors including wholesale durable goods, building materials, and outdoor power equipment. As a long-time Aflac agent and associate he pairs benefits education and client relationship management with sales and ongoing account maintenance. Currently supporting customers at Prairie Ag Supply in Sully, Iowa, he combines operational know-how with practical tax-planning insight from running his own business. Unusually for a customer service professional, he also identifies as a computer-science-minded software engineer at Disney Streaming, signaling technical curiosity beyond his primary domain. This mix of financial rigor, sales acumen, and tech interest makes him effective at translating complex processes into clear, client-ready solutions.
