Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatthew Fargo is a Senior Creative Technologist with 12 years of experience building full-stack, cross-platform products and interactive experiences, currently at Apple in Tokyo's Chiyoda ward. He blends low-level graphics and systems expertise (Swift, Metal, Objective-C, C/C++, OpenGL) with server-side and ML/NLP skills (Node.js, Python), enabling end-to-end delivery from GPU shaders to conversational models. His background includes founding a startup (Ekibo) and leading technical teams at agencies and studios, giving him both entrepreneurial and client-facing product instincts. Trained originally in English and Japanese literature and refined through graduate study in interactive design and telecommunications, he often bridges technical craft with narrative and cultural context—useful for localization and human-centered AR/interactive work.
