Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatthew Ferguson is a founder and CEO with 11 years of engineering and product leadership experience, currently leading Resto Guru out of the United Arab Emirates. He combines a strong mobile and web engineering background—from low-level C++ systems at Cisco to Android and React front-ends—with hands-on product instincts developed through multiple startups and Y Combinator Founder School. Known for shipping end-to-end solutions, he has led architecture, project management, and client-facing delivery across teams and stacks, and has built production-grade Android apps and REST backends. His early work included integrating large third-party codebases and real-time audio interoperability, evidence of his ability to tame complex legacy systems. Matthew blends software craftsmanship (design patterns, TDD, OOD) with entrepreneurial grit, often stepping between code, product strategy, and operations. Based in the UAE, he brings a practical, delivery-focused approach to scaling consumer-facing platforms.
