👤
SeniorMatthew Gertner is a veteran software entrepreneur and founder with 17+ years building design-driven engineering teams and products that blend AI, conversational UI, and 3D commerce. As Chairman and Founder of Salsita he led development of the Salsita Conversational Configurator and bespoke ConUI integrations for brands from eBay and SAP to startups, turning complex product configuration into natural conversational experiences. He previously co-founded AllPeers and Corkscrew, the latter sold to Wine-Searcher in 2022, demonstrating a pattern of product-focused exits and long-term market impact. Comfortable spanning product discovery, UX research, frontend/backend development and delivery, he emphasizes rapid iteration, early user testing and inclusive team culture across a globally distributed workforce.
