Top SchoolMatthew Guillot is a technology lead with a decade of hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing web applications, IT, and MIS environments from the server room to the user interface. He currently oversees design and delivery of technology solutions at Landmark Management Group after progressing from senior developer to technology lead roles. His background spans startups and enterprise-like operations—serving as CTO for a fintech platform, leading web platform development for peer-to-peer lending, and doing long-term web applications work that roots his decisions in practical maintainability. Comfortable with both infrastructure and application layers, he routinely aligns technical initiatives with business objectives to deliver cross-team impact. Based in Carrollton, Texas, Matthew brings a pragmatic engineering mentality shaped by early Linux and Active Directory administration work that still informs his infrastructure-first approach.
