Top SchoolMatthew Hall is a product-focused technology leader with 15 years of experience shipping mobile and web applications, now serving as Chief Solutions Officer at ArborXR. He blends hands-on engineering and entrepreneurial instincts—having built and exited Canada's largest Minecraft hosting platform and launched widely used projects like the BC Ferries scheduling app. As CTO at multiple startups he scaled remote teams and delivered complex stacks including GraphQL APIs, Vue single-page apps, Unity integrations and Windows background services. Known for turning customer feedback into pragmatic product iterations, he balances delivery cadence with user-centered design and fiscal discipline. Based in Vancouver, he brings a rare combination of operational leadership, deep technical fluency, and a knack for creating niche, high-engagement products. Outside work he channels his startup roots into building internal tools and ad-tech innovations that amplify ecosystem value.
