Top SchoolMatthew Hounslow is a software developer and founder with a decade of experience building data-driven systems, APIs, and developer-focused platform tooling across cloud-native and serverless environments. He has led data engineering efforts to automate time-series event detection, predictive asset modeling, and high-throughput pipelines, and introduced IaC, observability, and DevOps practices that scaled across organizations. As founder of Algalon Labs he shipped a Cardano indexing pipeline and secured Project Catalyst funding for an open-source RAG-powered documentation and social agent, and now contributes to Cardano node architecture in Rust. Comfortable across Go, Python, Golang-backed APIs, and full-stack web apps, he blends hands-on implementation with mentoring and process improvements. Outside of work he channels his analytical instincts into chess, physics/animation interests, and visualizing blockchain data—an indicator of both technical curiosity and product-minded creativity.
