Top SchoolMatthew Justin is a Senior Data Analyst specialising in product and marketing analytics with 11 years’ experience marrying data engineering, experimentation and commercial insight across media and music industries. At the BBC he leads Notifications dashboarding and marketing analytics, mentors teams, runs Data Ops delivery and champions segmentation and personalisation; previously he built revenue assurance tooling that uncovered over £500k in misallocated income for major labels. He combines hands-on ETL, Python and SQL skills with a practitioner’s music pedigree—teaching, producing, DJing and consulting for Universal, Warner, BMG and Native Instruments—so he fluently translates creative problems into measurable product outcomes. Comfortable in dual-track Agile environments, he’s also founded a Python user forum (py_club) and balances technical delivery with stakeholder-facing reporting and experimentation.
