Top SchoolMatthew Kaye is a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in London with seven years of experience building scalable web services and internal tools across e-commerce and adtech. He has led design and implementation efforts at Gousto—launching a country site and core import services for a Bento SaaS product—while driving adoption of XP practices and mentoring teams to improve quality and developer experience. At Brainlabs he specialised in deploying Django/Flask apps to the cloud, and earlier roles in data and operations sharpened his focus on automation and measurable productivity gains. Now helping scale Omaze’s tech stack, he blends pragmatic engineering with a product-minded approach to reliability and developer workflows. Notably, he pairs a Cambridge Economics & Management background with hands-on software craft, bringing both analytical rigor and delivery focus to cross-functional teams.
