Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatthew Meloncon is a senior software development engineer with over a decade of experience building and maintaining applications across higher education, private IT, and government contracting. He blends full-stack development (JavaScript, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, .NET/C#, Crystal) with hands-on DevOps—managing Linux servers, AWS architecture, Docker containerization, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. At SweetRush he led containerization and CI/CD efforts and continues that operational focus in his current role at the Y-12 National Security Complex. Comfortable across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server, he pairs systems administration skills with a pragmatic approach to automation and documentation. Based in Dayton, Tennessee, he balances technical curiosity with people-first priorities—an engineer who values being an excellent friend, father, and husband while continuously improving development processes.
