Top SchoolMatthew Rayfield is a creative technologist with 14 years of hands-on experience building playful, product-focused technology across agencies and startups. Currently at Droga5 in Tampa, he blends developer chops with product architecture experience from roles at MSCHF, Tricycle Studios, and multiple early-stage companies, often shipping experimental work that sits at the intersection of art and engineering. He’s comfortable across the stack—from prototyping real-time, cloud-enabled workflows to integrating data-driven features—and has a knack for turning marketing briefs into technically adventurous experiences. Colleagues would call him pragmatic and irreverent: his background includes both formal developer roles and a stint as “Employee of the Month” where he leaned into strategic SaaS and crowdsourced solutions.
