Top SchoolMatthew Roe is a Staff Engineer with a decade of hands-on experience building and migrating web and data systems, currently driving engineering efforts at Sitewire. He has deep practical knowledge across the stack—from custom hardware and computer service to Node.js and Python services on AWS—and has led teams through a monolith-to-microservices transition. At Healthgrades he progressed from individual contributor to lead and manager, owning design, deployment, and mentorship while shepherding data-load and API systems. Comfortable both writing code and managing delivery, he often blends operational savvy with a curiosity for low-level systems and hardware that informs better software design.
