Top SchoolMatthew Russell is a founder and CEO with 10+ years of leadership building AI-driven products and platforms, currently commercializing Strongest AI® and its ZombieFit™ reference app for data-driven fitness on iOS and Apple Watch. A former CTO and senior engineering leader, he has led cross-functional delivery teams of 50+ and guided product, engineering, and cloud strategy through high-growth periods post-Series A. His background blends applied machine learning, unstructured data analytics (Synthesys), and practical software engineering, informed by an M.S. in Computer Science (Machine Learning) and service as a USAF communications officer. An experienced author for O’Reilly and open-source contributor (notably Dojo stewardship), he pairs product-focused entrepreneurship with deep technical craft and a penchant for building demonstrable reference implementations. He now focuses on shipping athletic intelligence tools while quietly migrating personal source control activity to GitLab, signaling a preference for curated, owned codebases over public forks.
