Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMatthias Prost is a software engineer with nine years of experience building front-end and mobile applications, currently contributing to Mistral AI from Paris. He has led design system work at Scaleway and prior roles span React.js front-end development, React Native mobile apps, and full-stack projects using Angular and PHP. Matthias blends hands-on implementation (UI components, Storybook, Jest/Playwright tests, CI/CD) with process ownership—setting up sprint workflows, migrations from Jira to Azure DevOps, and automation for mobile releases. He consistently bridges product, UX and backend teams, shipping customer-facing features like chat with attachment support and a “Tinder for e‑commerce” module. Comfortable mentoring through peer programming and code review, he combines a formal IT education from EPITECH with project management training to move ideas from specs to production. Colleagues describe him as a curious technologist who seeks new languages and tools to solve practical problems.
