Top SchoolMaureen Foley is a pragmatic technology program leader with over 15 years of experience driving complex product and engineering programs across enterprise hardware, cloud, and digital transformation portfolios. Currently managing the Product & Technologies PMO at Red Hat, she has a strong track record building cross-functional partnerships and program offices that align engineering, product, and strategic partners like VMware and Dell. Her background includes leading global teams through new product introductions, lifecycle management, and high-stakes vendor interlocks—work that helped surface product readiness for major initiatives such as VxRail and Iron Mountain’s Google Cloud AI partnership. Based in Portland, Maine, she combines technical program rigor with clear executive communication, and brings uncommon domain depth from both environmental project management and hands-on IT operations earlier in her career.
