👤
SeniorMaurício De Oliveira Dias is a software engineer with 11 years of experience building and maintaining production systems across cloud, infrastructure-as-code, and web application domains. Currently at Sendcloud, he brings practical DevOps and automation expertise honed through roles at Itility and ASML where he provisioned test environments, managed private clouds, and modernized legacy infrastructure. His background includes consulting at ThoughtWorks implementing CI/CD and devops practices for large clients, plus full-stack development and digital project management earlier in his career, giving him strong stakeholder and delivery skills. Comfortable in both agile and traditional teams, he favors creative problem solving over routine work and thrives on collaboration and frequent communication. He pairs formal training in computer science and math with hands-on experience in virtualization, cloud provisioning, and pipeline orchestration—often acting as the bridge between developers and operations. Notably, his career shows a pattern of moving legacy systems toward automated, maintainable platforms while keeping product quality and team spirit front and center.
