Top SchoolMauricio Paternina is a versatile QA engineer and front-end developer with six years of experience blending quality assurance, UX design, and web development to deliver user-centered, reliable products. He has progressed from hands-on QA and technical support roles to leading mixed teams of UX designers and QA analysts, driving test strategy, usability research, and process improvements. Mauricio’s background in both QA and UX gives him a rare ability to translate design intent into well-tested, accessible interfaces while keeping performance and security in focus. Currently at Lone Wolf Technologies, he pairs rigorous testing practices with pragmatic front-end engineering, and his interest in open source fuels continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.
