Senior🎓
Top SchoolMauro Trigo is a serial founder and hands-on technical leader with over 11 years of professional experience and 20+ years building web and mobile platforms from the ground up. As CTO and co-founder of CityTroops he shipped a Next.js/React Native/Postgres stack that scaled to 1,000+ organizations and 10K+ daily users, while inventing an offline-first sync system and a domain-specific language that cut client delivery from days to hours. He replaced heavyweight tooling at TheLIONS with bespoke Next.js/Supabase systems, syncing 4M+ records and prototyping a semantic job-matching engine using GPT embeddings and pgvector. Comfortable owning product and UX as well as infrastructure, Mauro thrives in small teams where engineering and product are one role, and he now experiments with AI-assisted development and AI-powered search in fast iteration cycles. Based in Mérida, Mexico, he combines deep TypeScript/Postgres expertise with a knack for shipping practical automation and customization that non-technical customers can operate.
