Top SchoolMauro Widman is a founder and seasoned technology executive with 11+ years of experience turning AI from concept into measurable business advantage for enterprises across the Americas and Europe. As CTO at PALO IT he architects and scales Gen-E2, a proprietary generative AI methodology, and has embedded AI across SDLCs for clients like BNP Paribas, L'Oréal and VISA to cut costs and accelerate delivery. His track record includes migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures that delivered 100x performance gains and 75% infrastructure cost reductions, plus leading high-impact launches such as Amazon Kindle in Brazil. Mauro blends hands-on engineering across stacks (C#, .NET, Python, Node, React, Flutter) with product and operational leadership, having led teams of 10–35 and platforms serving millions. He’s also an entrepreneur building domain-specific products (e.g., parcel management for condos) and is known for turning disruptive ideas into repeatable delivery frameworks. Based in São Paulo, he pairs technical depth with mentorship and a focus on measurable outcomes.
