Summary
👤
SeniorMax B is a Principal AI Consultant and seasoned technology executive with 25+ years delivering healthcare IT, AI/ML, and cloud transformations that have driven over $400M in revenue growth. He blends hands-on engineering—building EHRs, PyTorch/TensorFlow models, and production MLOps pipelines—with strategic leadership, having scaled products like Teladoc’s “Healthiest You” from $160M to $400M+ and lifted mobile adoption 800%. Max has migrated large organizations across cloud platforms, implemented SAFe/Agile at scale, and architected SaaS EHRs delivered years ahead of industry norms. He specializes in practical AI for regulated environments—automating claims, improving reimbursement accuracy, and shrinking SQL query times from days to seconds—while embedding AI literacy into teams as a fractional VP of Engineering. Known for shipping high-velocity releases (350+ in a year) and building autonomous multi-agent pipelines, he combines product-driven thinking with deep implementation chops. Based in Greater Phoenix, he is seeking senior technology leadership roles where he can accelerate AI adoption and operationalize transformative healthcare software.
