Summary
👤
SeniorMax Chou is an engineering strategy lead with a decade of hands-on experience building cloud-native, high-availability systems and taking multiple products from 0 to 1 across travel and data-integration domains. He combines deep technical skills—Kubernetes on bare metal, GKE, AWS event-driven architectures, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch and modern frontend stacks—with a strong product sensibility that shortens onboarding and accelerates iteration. Having led and grown distributed teams of 5–10+ engineers, he pairs mentorship and operational rigor with practical reliability engineering, reducing costs and improving performance at scale. Max also brings cross-cultural communication strengths (English and Chinese) and a track record of applying LLM/NLP solutions to automate internal workflows. Unusually for a strategist, he still codes and architects core infrastructure, evidenced by projects handling thousands of daily transactions across 10+ countries and a 30,000-user high-availability deployment.
