Senior🎓
Top SchoolMax Clowes is a product leader and former engineer with 11 years of experience building SaaS and fintech platforms, currently leading product at Weavr and driving automations at the NHS. He has a strong track record of turning developer and SMB friction into measurable outcomes—doubling conversion for Codat Link, speeding onboarding via a developer portal, and cutting time-to-funds from weeks to 24 hours at Swoop. Equally comfortable in code and strategy, Max began as a software engineer and co-founded a digital agency, which informs his hands-on approach to replatforming, docs excellence, and DevEx improvements. He builds and scales cross-functional teams, mentors PMs and engineers, and pioneers data-driven and experimental initiatives including early AI/LLM work. Based in London with a Computer Science degree from Durham and a background in interaction design, he blends technical depth with a designer’s empathy for usable systems. Outside product metrics, he’s an award-winning entrepreneur who repeatedly converts prototypes into client-ready, revenue-generating products.
