Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMax Filenko is a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Hamburg with 10 years of experience building scalable, secure production systems and turning prototypes into reliable automation engines for customers. He blends deep infrastructure and security roots with hands-on backend and architecture work—having led splits of monoliths into microservices, built hardened financial platforms, and guided teams through CI/CD and cloud-native practices. At DISCO he helped pivot early ML/ChatGPT proofs-of-concept into transformative legal-tech automation, and previously shaped mobility platforms and developer workflows at SHARE NOW and FREE NOW. Comfortable across languages and stacks (Node.js, Java/Kotlin, Go, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS), he pairs pragmatic engineering with a security-first mindset cultivated in banking and ops roles. Colleagues rely on him to convert ambiguous requirements into auditable, production-ready solutions while keeping technical debt in check.
