Summary
👤
SeniorMax Glenister is a Senior Full Stack Developer and Interface Designer with 14+ years crafting accessible, mobile-first experiences that scale across consumer games and enterprise back-office tools. He blends meticulous UI/UX sensibilities with practical front-end engineering—specializing in HTML, Sass, React and TypeScript—while also steering teams as a mentor and line manager. His recent work includes leading the rebuild of a web-based game content editor with AI-assisted content workflows and cloud CI/CD, and modernizing a UI framework used across 150+ games. Max is comfortable across design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe) and developer toolchains (Vite, Tailwind, Bitbucket Pipelines, Google Cloud), enabling tight designer-developer collaboration. Colleagues know him for solving complex usability problems without losing sight of implementation pragmatics, and for a dry sense of humor that surfaces in his GitHub bio—"technically a cyborg." Based in Cherwell District, UK, he’s keen on new challenges that sit at the intersection of design, frontend architecture, and developer enablement.
