Senior🎓
Top SchoolMax Josino is a Founding Product Designer based in Berlin with 10 years of experience blending product design and software engineering to build customer-facing systems and design foundations. As Ground’s first hire he shapes an AI-driven platform that helps DTC brands—including Sephora partners—predict buying behavior and unlock repeat revenue. Previously he helped define design culture and scalable systems at Fast and Nubank, shipping checkout SDKs, payment products, and features used by millions. Comfortable across hands-on UI work, design systems, and engineering collaboration, he’s repeatedly been the early design hire who turns vague product goals into production-ready experiences. A Brazilian designer with software skills, he brings an uncommon mix of product intuition and technical fluency that accelerates cross-functional teams.
