Top SchoolMax Kordek is a blockchain entrepreneur and investor with 11 years of experience leading protocol-focused organizations from strategy to execution. As CEO of Lisk and President of the Onchain Foundation, he combines hands-on product leadership with ecosystem-building across decentralized platforms. Based in Dubai, he has steered Lisk through multiple leadership phases, including a formal leave and recent return to the CEO role, demonstrating resilience and long-term commitment to the project. Through Kordek Ventures he actively backs early-stage blockchain founders, applying operator insight to investment decisions. A former RWTH Aachen electrical engineering student turned dropout, he brings a pragmatic, technical-minded approach to governance and token-economics design. Notably, his career mixes executive oversight with direct involvement in community and foundation governance—an uncommon blend at the intersection of startup and open-source blockchain stewardship.
