Senior🎓
Top SchoolMax Kuzkin is a veteran technology executive and CTO based in Irvine, CA, with two decades of experience scaling product and engineering organizations from hypervisor kernels to cloud marketplaces. He has led teams of 100+ engineers and architected high-impact products such as Parallels Desktop (used by millions) and CloudBlue Connect (processing billions in GMV), consistently marrying deep low-level systems expertise with cloud-native microservices. Known for turning complex legacy platforms into scalable, secure, enterprise-ready systems, he blends hands-on architecture with product leadership and a track record of 13 US patents. Max excels at building cross-functional organizations, instituting disciplined SDLC and open-source strategies, and delivering five major releases in three years at SoftwareOne. Less obvious: he moves comfortably between assembly-level hypervisors and modern stacks (Python/Django, Kubernetes), making him a rare bridge between kernel-level engineering and SaaS marketplace operations.
