Top SchoolMax Kuznetsov is a Golang backend engineer with 12 years of experience, currently building Identity and Access Management solutions at Selectel. He designed a Go SDK and Terraform resources that accelerated IAM integrations and brought long-awaited IAM features to the company’s public Terraform provider. Max has a track record of improving production reliability and efficiency—most notably diagnosing and fixing a memory leak that cut heap usage by 60x—and led the design of a reusable audit-logging library adopted across teams. His work spans Go, Python, OpenStack, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana and Docker, and he champions testable, well-documented integrations and developer experience. A former iOS freelance developer and ITMO master’s graduate in Computer Software Engineering, he combines backend systems expertise with practical product-minded engineering. Notably, he pairs hands-on performance tuning with cross-team tooling that reduces friction for platform consumers.
