Top SchoolMax Meyers is a seasoned iOS engineer with 12 years of experience designing and shipping pixel-perfect, production-quality apps that prioritize user delight. Based in Oakland, he has driven mobile product work at Square (Loyalty, Gift Cards, Restaurants) and led iOS teams and major reimplementations at IFTTT, where he removed legacy webviews and built mobile-first services like Notifications and VoIP. At Cruise he refactored core ridehail logic into a state-machine and interactor architecture, improved rider satisfaction, and even contributed to the Node.js backend and a front-end admin tool—showing he moves comfortably across mobile and server boundaries. He combines deep platform expertise (extensions, SiriKit, PushKit, MapKit) with a strong UX sensibility and a habit of running A/B tests to measure impact. Max’s background in game design and early work integrating hardware (Core Bluetooth stylus, Apple Watch) reveal a knack for polished interaction and cross-device thinking.
