Senior🎓
Top SchoolMax-Philipp Schrader is a Forward Deployed Engineer with a decade of hands-on experience building ML- and data-driven systems across industry and research, currently at Palantir in Munich. He blends practical software engineering (Java, Python, JS) with applied ML and data engineering from roles at Microsoft, MIT, NVIDIA, and the Max Planck Institute, and has a strong background in prototype-to-production work such as microservices, web crawlers, and BI applications. Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams, he has repeatedly bridged research and product settings—building hospital IoT prototypes at MIT, patent-analysis services with Neo4j, and AI demos for Microsoft’s Cognitive Services. Driven by a “never assume, ask the question” mindset, he seeks novel solutions rather than off-the-shelf answers and thrives in fast-paced, diverse environments.
