Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolMax Raskin is a software architect and technical leader with over a decade of hands-on experience building cross-platform C++ engines for mobile and desktop, currently architecting at Banditos Studio. He led core efforts at Autodesk to port AutoCAD’s engine to iOS and Android, designed cross-platform APIs, and drove migrations to modern C++ and graphics stacks like Metal and Vulkan while remaining an active coder. Comfortable diving into platform-native languages (Swift/ObjC, Kotlin/Java, JS/TS) he blends low-level optimization, build-system improvements, and pragmatic tooling (CMake, Python, Jest) to ship reliable products. Max’s background spans game engine and compiler subsystem work, tooling and test automation, and a history of improving CI and monitoring workflows—skills that make him as effective in team leadership as in debugging production crashes. Based in Haifa, Israel, he pairs deep systems expertise with a noted willingness to travel and collaborate globally to solve tricky cross-platform problems.
