Top SchoolMax Sh is a New York–based technology executive and software engineer with 11 years of experience who has led mnd as CEO since 2021. He combines hands-on engineering instincts with executive leadership, guiding product and technical direction while remaining connected to code and developer workflows. With roots in computer science from New Dorp High School and a background reflected on GitHub as a software engineer, he brings a pragmatic, build-first approach to scaling early-stage ventures. Colleagues describe him as entrepreneurially minded and technically fluent, comfortable switching between strategy, operations, and implementation. Though now focused on company leadership, he retains an engineer’s curiosity and a habit of shipping practical solutions.
