Top SchoolMax Verbeek is a Lead Software Developer based in Groningen with 11 years of experience building scalable distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack web applications. He combines hands-on engineering—TypeScript frontends, multi-language backends, and cloud deployments—with part-time research and data science in medical domains such as nephrology, including a master's thesis on graft-failure prediction. At Researchable he progressed from full-stack and infrastructure roles to technical leadership, and he has taught core CS courses at the University of Groningen, evidencing strong fundamentals in algorithms and software engineering. Comfortable translating research into production, he brings an uncommon mix of clinical-data insight and production-grade systems design that helps teams ship reliable, data-driven products.
