Top SchoolMax Visser is an experienced IT operations and DevOps leader with a decade of delivering cloud-native infrastructure and product-driven platforms across Dutch public and private sectors. Currently managing IT Operations for Blinqx Verzekering & Hypotheek, he combines hands-on AWS DevOps skills with product ownership experience from building a widely used SaaS for municipal social services at Forus. He has a track record of translating user needs into UX prototypes, planning reliable releases, and improving infrastructure using CI/CD, Elastic Beanstalk, S3/CloudFront and Linux automation. Max’s background in security consulting and blockchain research adds a practical focus on data protection and decentralized identity use-cases that informed Forus’s smart-contract-enabled value-exchange platform. Based in Emmen, he is comfortable switching between tactical engineering and strategic delivery to ship secure, auditable systems for public-good initiatives.
