Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMaxence Laude is a DevOps and Site Reliability specialist with eight years of hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-native, Kubernetes-first infrastructures across startups and large enterprises. Based in Nice, he excels at GitOps-driven fleets, event-driven architectures, and scalable AI inference deployments—building Go-based tooling, ArgoCD workflows and automated validation pipelines to manage multi-tenant, multi-region clusters. He brings a strong security and cost-optimization mindset (spot instances on GCP, secure VPN access controls, FinOps) alongside deep expertise in CI/CD, service mesh, and hybrid cloud platforms. Self-taught and inquisitive, he pairs practical engineering (from autoscaling Buildkite agents to Distroless container standards) with a talent for turning complex operational needs into repeatable IaC patterns. Notably, he has implemented contextual GitOps UIs to simplify per-client configuration at scale, highlighting a bias for developer ergonomics as much as reliability.
