Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMaxim Berge is a Brussels-based technology leader and former educator with 7 years of experience turning data and AI research into production-grade systems. As CTO and board advisor at Inoopa and Co-Founder & CTO of Studia, he blends hands-on engineering—Python backend, large-scale web scraping, ETL, semantic search and embeddings—with cloud-native infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes, Airflow, AWS/GCP). He has deep experience building secure, business-critical APIs and ML pipelines, and has coached hundreds of students and corporate teams in Data & AI through his senior training roles at BeCode. Known as a "code eater" and practical builder, he pairs people management and product-focus with strong DevSecOps practices and observability. Less obvious: his background in education informs a talent-first approach to engineering, turning mentoring and curriculum design into measurable hiring and retention outcomes.
