Summary
🤩
Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMaxim Grupper is a backend developer with four years of experience building high-performance C++ systems, now extending his stack with Rust and Go for microservices in fintech and crypto integrations. He has deep expertise in modern C++ (C++20/23), TCP/IP networking, VPN protocols and performance optimization, honed at AdGuard and now applying that to scalable trading platforms. Comfortable across Linux/Mac tooling, Docker, Conan/CMake and CI pipelines, he bridges low-level networking and production microservice design. His background in embedded systems and RTL/microcontroller work gives him an uncommon hardware-aware perspective when diagnosing latency, resource or integration issues. Based in Tbilisi, he works fluently in collaborative Git workflows and brings pragmatic automation to complex deployment and testing scenarios.
