Top SchoolMaxim Koylo is a hands-on frontend team lead based in Kyiv with 8–9 years of commercial experience building React-based applications and leading teams through tight delivery timelines. He has progressed from full-stack and C# freelance work to architecting front-end systems, introducing TypeScript and state-management patterns, and owning releases for production. At Brainstack_ and Tango he launched projects from concept, set up build tooling and architecture, and scaled teams from 4 to 8 engineers while improving delivery and translation workflows.
