Senior🎓
Top SchoolMaxim Maslin is a Python backend developer with a decade of engineering experience and over six years focused commercially on server-side Python systems. He’s delivered production features across fintech, telecom, and enterprise platforms—building OAuth2 and two-factor flows, Kafka-based integrations, and resilient microservices deployed via GitLab CI/CD and k8s. Notable work includes a single-query recursive CTE method to compute and update hierarchical nesting depths safely, and migrating legacy Python 2 products to modern Python 3. He pairs pragmatic engineering (SQL, Redis, Celery, FastAPI, Django REST) with solid testing and ops experience, often owning CI, deployment and second-line support. Based in Minsk, he combines a philosophy degree with hands-on systems design, bringing a thoughtful approach to complexity and edge cases. Colleagues would describe him as a reliable implementer who turns integration pain points into robust, documented services.
