Senior🎓
Top SchoolMaximillian Silva is a Technical Director and senior full-stack engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience delivering scalable web, cloud and 3D-enabled user experiences for clients ranging from BBC and Visa to startups. He blends frontend craftsmanship (React/Next/Vue, Three.js, motion tooling) with backend, DevOps and infrastructure-as-code expertise (Node/Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, EKS/Fargate) to ship production systems and CI/CD pipelines. Comfortable in greenfield and legacy codebases, he has led projects across government, fintech and sustainability sectors while also exploring ML (PyTorch, LangChain) and blockchain integrations. Known for pragmatic problem-solving and design-led thinking, he pairs UI/UX sensibilities with orchestration-as-code to reduce operational friction and accelerate releases. Based in Bristol, he runs SILVAWEB and maintains active GitHub work that surfaces his interest in building useful, user-centered technology rather than novelty for its own sake.
